Concernant le cachet oblitérant ovale, il s'agit bien d'un cachet ferroviaire vraisemblablement comme tu l'as dit de "Vladivostok" "Владивосток".
Ce courrier parti le 17 juillet 1911 arrive le 04 août 1911 au bureau de passe ou bureau d'échange "Shanghaï Poste Russe" qui le transfère du bureau chinois de "Shanghaï" pour distribution.

Concerning the oval cancelling stamp, it is indeed a railway stamp probably as you said of "Vladivostok" "Владивосток".
