Salut Harald,

Hi, Harald,
Here it is a little more delicate, especially for the censorship of Palestine, because the KK/5 stamp and the closing strip are used by the three control centres: Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Haifa.
I don't see any special markings to define the exact centre where the letter was opened.
Octagonal stamp KK/5 = type 3 (4/10 dots), exists with Nr. 2 to 90, used from October 1942 to August 1945.
Closing strip PC 66 = type 8 (4/10) seen from September 1942 to October 1945, with the Nr. 14344 to 39156.
The other closing band comes from the Levant .
It is listed under type 1B, it is used by the three control centers: Aleppo, Damascus, Beirut, but from the handwritten marks on the band and the numerator 533 where 333, we can say that the letter was controlled in Beirut.
As for the other band, I don't have any literature.
