La valeur fasciale des timbres c’est une chose. L’autre c’est la surtaxe pour l’institution Pro Juventute.
Il faut ajouter à la valeur fasciale du 5 centimes la surcharge de 5 centimes.
L’acheteur paie 10 centimes pour un timbre de 5 centimes.
Pour les 20 centimes c’est une surcharge de 10 centimes.
Là aussi l’acheteur paie 30 centimes pour un timbre de 20 centimes.
N’ayant pas à disposition un de ces carnets je ne peux être plus précis.
À tout hasard je mets en copie un de nos membre, Marc-André Montavon, qui s’y connait bien avec les Pro Juventute.
