Timbres ou vignettes d'Ukraine ?

J'ai trouvé ça dans une de mes boîtes. Il me semble que c'est l'Ukraine, mais timbres officiels ou vignettes ? Merci d'avance,
Ich habe das in einer meiner Kisten gefunden. Es scheint mir, dass es die Ukraine ist, aber offizielle Briefmarken oder Aufkleber? Vielen Dank im Voraus,
I found this in one of my boxes. It seems to me that it is Ukraine, but official stamps or vignettes? Thanks in advance,

Il s'agit de timbres provisoires d'Ukraine. Page 84 il y a un de tes exemplaires.
J'avais mis cet article dans la bibliothèque.
Es handelt sich um provisorische Briefmarken aus der Ukraine. Auf Seite 84 ist ein Exemplar von dir abgebildet.
Ich hatte diesen Artikel in die Bibliothek gestellt.
These are provisional stamps of Ukraine. On page 84 there is a copy of yours.
I had put this article in the library.
