Le 9 décembre, Ukrposhta a présenté le timbre-poste "Kherson est l'Ukraine!" dédié à la ville héroïque libérée. De plus, la feuille de timbres comporte une carte de l'Ukraine avec la désignation de la ville héroïque de Kherson libérée par les forces armées ukrainiennes. Sur l'enveloppe "First Day", l'artiste a représenté par un soldat ukrainien qui, par analogie avec une tranche de pastèque, remet à sa place la partie temporairement occupée de l'Ukraine.L'enveloppe artistique non signée illustre la chronique de la période de l'annexion temporaire de la ville - les protestations des habitants de Kherson contre les forces d'occupation.

L'auteur du timbre est Andrii Sagach, artiste ukrainien, vainqueur de l'étape nationale du concours de croquis pour le timbre-poste "La paix est la plus haute valeur de l'humanité!", auteur de l'enveloppe avec le timbre original "Le printemps reviendra !". "Les Ukrainiens sont des gens gentils, sincères et hospitaliers, nous n'avons pas l'habitude de nous souvenir du mal, de le garder en nous. Maintenant, il est extrêmement important de se rappeler pour toujours au niveau génétique : la Russie n'est pas une "nation fraternelle", pas une "voisine". Ce pays a une fois de plus apporté la souffrance sur notre terre, détruit des villages et des villes, pris et paralysé des milliers de vies. En travaillant sur le timbre, j'ai perdu mon père, alors je lui dédie ce travail ainsi qu'à ma mère, qui, malheureusement, ne sont plus avec moi", a commenté l'artiste Andrii Sagach.

Die Wassermelonenkerne sind in Form von Raketen dargestellt, mit denen die Russen die Region Cherson auf barbarische Weise bombardiert haben. Auf einer Scheibe Wassermelone schilderte der Künstler die Ereignisse während der Besetzung der Stadt: Proteste friedlicher Bürger, brennende Gebäude und Folterungen, die die russischen Invasoren der lokalen Bevölkerung und vor allem den Aktivisten zufügten. Außerdem enthält der Briefmarkenbogen eine Karte der Ukraine mit der Bezeichnung der heldenhaften Stadt Cherson, die von den ukrainischen Streitkräften befreit wurde. Auf dem Umschlag "First Day" stellte der Künstler einen ukrainischen Soldaten dar, der in Analogie zu einer Scheibe Wassermelone den vorübergehend besetzten Teil der Ukraine wieder an seinen Platz zurückbringt.Der unsignierte Kunstumschlag illustriert die Chronik der Zeit der vorübergehenden Annexion der Stadt - die Proteste der Einwohner von Cherson gegen die Besatzungstruppen.

Der Autor der Briefmarke ist Andrii Sagach, ein ukrainischer Künstler, Gewinner der nationalen Etappe des Skizzenwettbewerbs für die Briefmarke "Frieden ist der höchste Wert der Menschheit!", Autor des Umschlags mit der Originalbriefmarke "Der Frühling wird wiederkommen!". On the envelope "First Day", the artist represented by a Ukrainian soldier who, by analogy with a slice of watermelon, puts back in its place the temporarily occupied part of Ukraine.Unsigned artistic envelope illustrates the chronicle of the period of temporary annexation of the city - protests of the residents of Kherson against the occupying forces.

While working on the stamp, I lost my father, so I dedicate this work to him and my mother, who, unfortunately, are no longer with me," commented the artist Andrii Sagach.
