Air mail letter of April 15th, 1970, from Cape Town in South Africa to Locarno in Switzerland. I don't understand the meaning of the stamp where it says "Census" and a mention in green pen. Could someone explain it to me? On the back, the emblem of Safmarine, short for South African Marine Container Lines NV , which is a South African international shipping entity and a former company offering container and general cargo services worldwide. It is now owned by its parent company Maersk Line.
