Bonjour Fabrice,
I consulted the Michel catalog, and, this stamp, Nr. 210 Y&Y corresponds to Nr. 243 Michel, of 1923 whereas Yvert catalogs it under 1924. It does not matter, to each his way of doing, the main thing is that we find ourselves there. This stamp also exists in red and green, but under "Stamps of Service" with the OS overprint. The 30 cent exists without overprint, so why not the one dollar I thought. To be sure, I took out the Yvert & Tellier catalog, "Classiques du Monde, 1840 - 1940" and I find, still under "Service Stamps", the Nr. 144, 1 Dollar red and green, with under small a, the following annotation: (without overprint), 13 € in mint. No quotation for the cancelled, why?
